RFP-2014-116 - Food, Beverage, and Misc. Services for the Times Union Center

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Albany is seeking proposals for the Food, Beverage and Miscellaneous Services for the Times Union Center as requested by the Albany County Executives Office. It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from experience food service operators to manage, operate and maintain the operation of services which include exclusive rights to conduct all food, beverage and related services, including without limitation, the operation of snack areas and permanent and portable concession stands, for the facility known as the Times Union Center. The exclusive rights shall apply to those areas within the Times Union Center where admission is usually restricted to the general public, either by ticket, invitation or otherwise, but shall exclude any retail areas where admission is not so restricted.
