RFB-2018-066 - Hazardous Material Monitoring & Testing Services

The bid for this scope of work shall be to provide all Hazardous Material Monitoring & Testing Services based off of but not limited to Specification Section “018313 – Testing Laboratories/Monitoring” and all construction drawings and specifications to date.
Successful firm shall provide Monitoring Services and project documentation for the abatement of asbestos containing materials (ACM) and the remediation of Mold.  The services will be provided to support the Additions and Renovations to the Albany County Residential Health Care Facility located at 780 Albany Shaker Rd, Albany, NY 12211.  Abatement (and Project Monitoring Services) shall be phased throughout the Construction Period to accommodate resident relocation, reconstruction activities as well as other project demands.
