Successful Firm shall provide a new drilled/driven public water well at Albany County’s
Lawson Lake Park Upper Camp, located at #293 Lawson Lake Road, CR109, Upper (East)
Camps, Feura Bush, NY 12067. The new public well shall be classified as a Transient Non-
Community Water Supply (TNCWS), a public water supply that is not considered a
community water supply and successful firm shall comply with all NYSDOH, NYSDEC and
Albany County Department of Health regulations/requirements.
