Description

The County of Albany is seeking proposals for Paternity Testing Services as requested by the Albany County Department of Social Services (ACDSS).
ACDSS requires the services of a laboratory which is approved by New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) to perform legally and medically acceptable genetic testing, to comply with New York State Family Court Act, Section 532 and 542, CPLR Section 4518 and 18NYSCRR 347.6 (Attachments A-C).
Buccal Swab testing is required. All aspects of interstate and intrastate cases, international (military) cases and prison tests must be handled under this contract.
