2022-042 - Sequential Intercept Mapping

Albany County is seeking an individual, firm or organization to provide a 1-2 day Sequential Intercept Mapping (SIM) workshop and to subsequently provide to the Albany County Department of Mental Health (ACDMH) a comprehensive systems mapping report and an action plan based upon identified local priorities.  The vendor must be well-versed in the Sequential Intercept Model (Munetz and Griffin, 2006) and equally well-versed with community-level efforts to develop effective systems of care that bridge mental health and criminal justice services and minimize criminal justice involvement for persons living with mental health challenges.  The follow-up mapping report and action plan must be made available to ACDMH in a timely manner and the vendor must subsequently be available to ACDMH for technical assistance and any reasonable and necessary follow-up.
