The District operates a chemical disinfection facility. The plant design flow is 35 MGD with a peak design of 88 MGD. The average flow received is 24.0 MGD. The permit requirement is seasonal disinfection May 1 through October 31 annually. The permit also has total residual chlorine limit of 0.6 mg/l which will require de-chlorination
