Summary of Specifications:
In an effort to provide supported opportunities to individuals living in the community and in need of a residential placement in an independent apartment setting, priorty for five (5) of these residential opportunites will be utilized for individuals who have a history of medical complications but would benefit from this level of housing.and five (5) will be utilized for individuals currently living in the Medical Enhanced Supported Housing Program, as a step down. Albany County has been award through the NYS Office of Mental Health $9530 per bed.
