NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Amsterdam, Montgomery County, New York (herein called the “Owner”), invites bids on the form attached hereto, all blanks of which must be appropriately filled in. Bid information and forms must be obtained through the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 61 Church Street, Amsterdam, New York. Bids will be received by the Owner at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 61 Church Street, Amsterdam, New York, until 11:00 AM, local time June 10, 2021. All bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Common Council Chambers at 11:00 AM local time, June 10, 2021. The Owner may consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and may waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bids received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No Bidders may withdraw a bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
