In accordance with Specifications therefore will be received by the City Clerk until 1:00 pm local time), March 1, 2023. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, 61 Church Street Amsterdam, New York, at 1:00 pm (local time) March 1, 2023.
Bid Specifications and Proposal forms may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk for a fee of $10.00 (ten). There is an additional fee of $5.00 (five) per Specification for mailing. For information regarding payment and mailing of Bid Specifications please call the City Clerk’s Office at (518) 841-4313.

Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount bid.
The Common Council reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bid and to reject any or
all bids.
