The City of Amsterdam is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare designs and manage
construction for the rehabilitation of the proposed Community Center located at 149 East Main Street within the
Downtown Revitalization (DRI) boundary. The Community Center will serve as a communal hub for arts,
educational, and recreational activities and may include a programming space, computer lab, an art gallery, a
shared kitchen, and a space for a variety of community activities.
