NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Brewster Central School District, hereafter, “District”, is accepting the submission of sealed bids for the: Gym Floor Resurfacing at the CVStarr Intermediate School and Wells Middle School. Such sealed bids must be delivered to Mr. Andrew Bates- Director of Facilities, 30 Farm to Market Road, Brewster, New York 10509, PRIOR TO 11:00 AM Thursday, June 19, 2014 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read at the above address. A pre-bid inspection is scheduled for Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 10:00 AM at the CVStarr Intermediate School.
Bid forms and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Facilities Director at the above mentioned address (Telephone: 845-279-8000 X6112) . Forms and Specification may also be obtained via e-mail after calling the above phone number. Also, the bid specifications and any addenda, if required, will be available at the following web address: http://www.empirestatebidsystem.com/
Responses may be hand delivered, mailed, or delivered via courier service to the above-referenced address. Faxed or e-mailed responses will not be accepted.
The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any bid submitted will be binding for forty-five (45) days subsequent to the bid opening date.
