NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Brewster Central School District, hereafter, “District”, is accepting the submission of sealed bids for the: Tennis Court Resurfacing at the Brewster High School. Such sealed bids must be delivered to Andrew Bates- Director of Facilities, 30 Farm to Market Road, Brewster, New York 10509, PRIOR TO Friday, June 6th 2014 11:00 AM at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read at the above address. A pre bid inspection is scheduled for Monday, June 2nd 2014 at 10:00 AM at the tennis courts. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Facilities Director at the above mentioned address (Telephone: 845-279-8000 X6112) . Forms and Specification may also be obtained via e-mail after calling the above phone number. Also, the bid specification and any addenda if required will be available at the following web address: http://www.empirestatebidsystem.com/ Responses may be hand delivered, mailed, or delivered via courier service to the abovereferenced address. Faxed or e-mailed responses will not be accepted. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
