Description

The Village of Briarcliff Manor (VBM) is inviting responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Managed IT Services. VBM will review responses and formal proposals from qualified Managed IT Service Providers (MSPs) and select a single organization to provide IT services to VBM at the following Village owned sites; Village Hall/Fire Ambulance HQ/Police (1111 Pleasantville Road), Public Works (10 Buckhout Road), Library (1 Library Road), Recreation Department & Law Park Pavilion/Pool (3 Library Road), Youth Center (5 Van Lu Van Road), Scarborough Fire House (591 Scarborough Road), Platform Tennis Warming Hut (55 Van Lu Van Road).

Under the supervision of the Village Manager or their designee, the selected MSP will provide IT services to the VBM. It is anticipated that the contract may be subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.

In addition to the service requirements contained in this RFP, Attachments A, B and C will help to guide your response to this RFP.
