Sealed bids will be received by the Owner for asbestos abatement, demolition, site clearing and site restoration.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 7, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. at 25 North Baldwin Street, Johnson City, New York 13790 in the Village of Johnson City. The pre-bid meeting will consist of a project discussion meeting and an inspection of the project site.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, March 13, 2023, at Broome County Land Bank Corporation, 60 Hawley Street, 5th Floor, Binghamton, New York 13901, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
