The Broome County Land Bank Corporation (“BCLBC” or “Land Bank”) is seeking “REQUEST FOR
QUALIFICATIONS” from all interested and qualified environmental testing firms to provide services to
the BCLBC for a two-year period. Under this contract, each firm may be required to provide general
consultation, coordination, environmental testing, structural engineering, technical support, planning, programming, design, bidding, and construction support services for various BCLBC projects.
