To All Interested Parties:

Attached is a copy of a Request for Quotes for Property Boundary Surveying Services for the Broome County Land Bank Corporation (“BCLBC” or “Land Bank”). These services are being solicited at this time to assist the Land Bank with the surveying of boundaries on two of the Land Bank’s rehabilitation projects funded by CDBG Project No. 135HR125-20.

The submission requirements and deadline for this Request for Quotes are included in the attached document. The Land Bank will award one contract as a result of this solicitation and reserves the right to terminate such contract at any point during the period.

The Land Bank is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Bidders may conduct site visits to the properties prior to preparing a quotation in order to ensure that responsible quotations are submitted. Please provide a not-to-exceed itemized quote for all items listed in part 1.1 Boundary Survey for 313 Marion Street, Vestal (Town of Vestal) and 1593 Oakdale Road, Johnson City (Town of Maine).
