Attached is a copy of a Request for Quotes for Real Estate Appraisal Services for the Broome County Land Bank Corporation (“BCLBC” or “Land Bank”). These services are being solicited at this time for the purpose of conducting fair market value (“FMV”) appraisals on twenty-one (21) Land Bank properties.
The selected Appraiser will provide residential appraisal reports indicating the FMV of the Land Bank’s real estate holdings, with such appraisals to be utilized by the BCLBC to establish and confirm as-is property values at the time of tax foreclosure and subsequent acquisition by the BCLBC. The individual(s) or firm(s) will receive assistance and direction from the BCLBC as required.
The submission requirements and deadline for this Request for Quotes are included in the attached document. The Land Bank may award one contract for all twenty-one properties, or it may award them per property as a result of this solicitation and reserves the right to terminate such contract at any point during the period.
