This is an informal quote request for a clay order for the 24/25 School Year. Samples are only required if you would like Byram Hills Central School District ("Byram Hills CSD"), to consider an equivalent product on the market that supplier carries. If quoting for the exact specified item, no samples are required to consider the supplier's quote. A prepaid return label is required if you wish to have our district review a vendor's "equivalent product". Samples must be received before the Quote end date of 6/27/2024 at 4pm. A sample (1lb or less), may be sent to: BHCSD - District Office, 10 Tripp Lane, Armonk, NY 10504 (Attn: Sarah Lusardi, Purchasing Agent). With the quote reference number indicated on the sample "RFQ(Informal) - 01 Clay". Complete the highlighted areas only of the quote form.
Reservation of Rights – The District reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to 1) reject any or all quotes received in response to the RFQ for any reason; 2) withdraw the quote at any time, at its sole discretion; 3) make an award under the RFQ in whole or in part, award by individual lots, or award separately line-by-line if such a split award would be in the best interest of the District ; 4) disqualify any Supplier whose conduct and/or bid proposal fails to conform to the requirements, instructions and/or specifications governing said bid; or 5) seek clarification of Quotes.
