Byram Hills Central School District, hereinafter referred to as the “District”, is seeking bids from responsible Vendors who can supply/deliver heating oil, as detailed on the “Heating Oil Bid Form” – Exhibit A found in this bid package.
Bidder shall provide and deliver Number 2 Low Sulfur (“LS”) Heating Oil (“Heating Oil”) as described in the Specifications of Work. The Heating Oil to be furnished shall be hydrocarbon oils, free from water, acid, grit and fibrous or other foreign matters likely to injure sprayer or sprayer parts. The District approximates a purchase of Seventy Five Thousand (75,000) gallons of Heating Oil. Bidder agrees to supply greater or lesser quantities at the same unit price unless stated to the contrary in this Bid. Bidder shall deliver Heating Oil to Byram Hills High School (“BHHS”), 12 Tripp Lane, to Coman Hill School (“Coman”), 558 Bedford Road, to Wampus Elementary School (“Wampus”), 41 Wampus Ave., to H.C. Crittenden Middle School (“HCC”), 10 MacDonald Ave., to Operations & Maintenance Building (“O & M”), 8 Tripp Lane, Transportation Building (“Transportation”), 9 Macdonald Ave. and to Administration Building (“Administration”), 10 Tripp Lane – all locations in Armonk, NY 10504 at the direction of John Baxter (914) 273-7223 - Director of Facilities or his designee.
