New York State’s fiscal year 2022-2023 budget established a mandate for all new school buses purchased to be zero emission by 2027 and all school buses in operation to be electric by 2035. Capital Region BOCES and several of its component school districts are seeking a firm to conduct operational planning and analysis to assist in meeting this state mandate. All work will be performed under the NYSERDA P-12 Clean Green Schools Initiative and the FlexTech Program.
