RFQ-21-004 - Disposable Face Masks (Adult and Youth Sizes)

Capital Region BOCES is in need of adult and youth size disposable face masks for return to school. You are invited to quote the following:

Product Specification:   

3 ply disposable face masks.  FDA certified ASTM Level 1 (civil use) masks with a center layer of melt-blown filter material to protect against microbes and particulates; fluid resistant;  with elastic ear loops and an adjustable nose clip.

Adult Size (approx. 3.75” x 6.75”)  -
Quantity required 144,500

Youth size (approx. 3.7” x 5.7”)
Quantity required 5,500

Quote terms:

Delivery is required in 30 days of receipt of order
Please indicate lead time for delivery on your quote.

Vendor must accept a Capital Region BOCES purchase order and payment on 30 day terms

Delivery location is 900 Watervliet-Shaker Road, Albany NY 12205.
Delivery entrance is equipped with a ¼ dock.  Delivery inside of doors at loading dock is required.
If  freight carrier is method of delivery, truck must be equipped with a lift gate.

Pricing must include all applicable shipping/ freight charges.
