Capital Region BOCES is seeking proposals for Pharmacy Benefit Management Services on behalf of the Capital Region BOCES Pharmacy Purchasing Coalition. The Capital Region BOCES Pharmacy Purchasing Coalition was created specifically for school districts and municipalities in the State of New York, designed to help self-insured municipalities and school districts manage prescription costs through volume-buying and best-in-class pricing, maximum plan design flexibility, inclusive access to progressive clinical initiatives and leveraging industry specific experts. The coalition currently consists of 67 school districts and municipalities, with 55,000 lives across New York.

Vendors must submit the Notice of Intent to Respond, as provided in this RFP, in order to obtain complete documents. Within 48 hours of receipt of a Notice of Intent to Respond, BOCES will furnish the vendor the plan design and a claims data file. As it is not anticipated that any extension of the proposal submission deadline will be granted, vendors are strongly encouraged to act promptly. BOCES is not responsible for untimely submission of the Notice of Intent to Respond.
