Proposals must have a sealed bid envelope containing the proposal and labeled as directed in bid documents. BOCES’ mail arrives late in the afternoon. It is recommended that if you choose to use regular mail that you plan on having it arrive a day early. It is also recommended that if you choose to use Federal Express that you plan on having it arrive a day early, as we are not a 10:00 guarantee area. UPS next day is the best overnight choice.
