Proposals forwarded by mail must have a sealed bid envelope as indicatted in the bid documents. BOCES’ mail arrives late in the afternoon. It is recommended that if you choose to use regular mail that you plan on having it arrive a day early. It is also recommended that if you choose to use Federal Express that you plan on having it arrive one day early, as we are not a 10:00 guarantee area. UPS next day is the best overnight choice.

Please note that we offer a choice of 2 bid submissions, excel or handwritten. Vendors need only select one as described in the bid doucments.
