The Cattaraugus-Allegany-Erie-Wyoming Board of Cooperative Education Services (CABOCES,) on behalf of our component school districts, is seeking proposals from licensed and qualified individuals or medical groups to provide Physician Services as defined by the New York State Education Commissioner’s Regulations (CR136.1) that states schools must have a Director or School Health Services. The selected contractor will be retained by the Cattaraugus-Allegany-Erie-Wyoming BOCES and will be required to perform under the direction of the Cattaraugus-Allegany-Erie-Wyoming BOCES (the owner) and the component school districts as listed.
This is a Cooperative Request for Proposal involving several our component school districts. Participating districts include Allegany-Limestone, Andover, Belfast, Bolivar-Richburg, Cattaraugus-Little Valley, Ellicottville, Franklinville, Friendship, Genesee Valley, Hinsdale, Olean, Pioneer, Portville, Randolph, Scio, Wellsville, West Valley, and Whitesville Central Schools. The proposal is being let by Cattaraugus-Allegany BOCES on behalf of the cooperating districts. After the recommendation, the awarded contractor will work through the BOCES for billing and payments. The individual districts will be responsible for their own scheduling. Contact names and numbers will be provided to the awarded contractor.
