RFP-KT-2011-14 - Audit services for the County of Cayuga Health Insurance Consortiu

Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this proposal is to establish a contract with a professional accounting firm to provide audit services to the County of Cayuga County Health Insurance Consortium for a three year period covering fiscal years 2010, 2011 and 2012. All audits must be performed in accordance with standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States and any other regulations and rules in the circumstances that the auditors may reasonably deem necessary.
