RFP-CONCESSION - EMERSON PARK CONCESSION STAND

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed proposals for a License to operate the refreshment stand on a non-exclusive basis at Emerson Park located in the Town of Owasco in Cayuga County from Memorial Day to Labor Day 2003, specifically excluding July 3, 2003 will be accepted by the County of Cayuga and its Park Commission at the Office of the Clerk of the Cayuga County Legislature, County Office Building, 160 Genesee Street, Auburn, NY 13021 until 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2003 when they will be publicly opened. Only the proposer's name will be read publicly until final contract is executed.
