This item shall be part of a multi-step process of asphalt surface rehabilitation that consists of softening the existing flexible pavement with heat and thoroughly stirring, spinning or tumbling the mixture, applying an asphalt rejuvenator, reshaping and compacting the hot in-place recycled surface.
