Description

Construct the 12’ wide main access road from NYS Route 38 to Inlet structure #3,

including all required culverts. Construct Basin #2 and a portion of Basin #3 (south portion of basin up to

~STA 42+50), including Inlet Structures #2 and #3, complete with piping, ballasts, backflow prevention

and stone fill. Include all clearing, grubbing, earthwork, erosion control measures, topsoil stripping,

topsoil spreading, and seeding related to the basins and access road. Install shrub plantings, as shown,

along the Owasco Inlet in the area of Inlet Structures #2 and #3 and parking area.
