RFP-KT-2015-19 - Request for Development for sale/lease of the former County Nursin

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of the Request for Development Proposals (the “RFDP”) is to provide interested developer(s) and/or real estate professional(s) with information to enable them to submit a proposal for the purchase/lease and subsequent redevelopment of the former Cayuga County Nursing Home and property located within the Town of Sennett, Cayuga County, New York (the “Site”) and to enable the County of Cayuga (the “County”), through the County Development Review Team, to select a qualified and experienced Developer or Developers for the purchase/ lease and productively redevelop the Site for a use which will benefit the County, its residents and the Developer(s).
