Summary of Specifications:
Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 4406 and 4410 of the Education Laws of 1989, Section 236 of the Family Court Act, and other applicable acts and amendments, the Cayuga County Department of Health requires transportation for certain Children with Special Needs who are receiving services in connection with the County’s Preschool Program. These children will be age 3-5.
