NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 Issue Date: April 11, 2017
 The Chautauqua County Department of Public Facilities Office of Purchasing shall accept sealed bids for the following:
 
PROPOSAL NUMBER:  E-2-17 PFS
NEW 2017 or Newer Commercial Slope Mower
                                                    
Specifications may be obtained by mail or in person at the Office of the Purchasing Agent at 454 North Work Street, Falconer, New York 14733. The documents may also be received by e-mail: andersob@co.chautauqua.ny.us.
 
Chautauqua County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any inconsistencies in, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County.
 
EACH BID ENVELOPE MUST BE PLAINLY MARKED WITH THE PROPOSAL NUMBER AND THE ITEM BID THEREIN.
 
Bids will be accepted in the Conference Room located at Chautauqua County DPF, 454 North Work Street, Falconer, New York 14733, no later than 2:00 P.M.
