PF-1-17 PFDA - Airport Pavement Rehabilitation at Chautauqua County Airport/Dunkirk

The Base Bid project generally consists of pavement sealing (2 coats) and crack repair of up to approximately 94,500 SY of existing asphalt pavement, including pavement striping, and turf restoration of disturbed areas. Major areas include Runway 15-33, Taxiway B (north), Taxiway A, and an existing apron. Bid Additive 1 includes pavement sealing (two coats) and crack repair of up to approximately 76,000 SY of existing asphalt pavement.  Major areas include Runway 6-24 and the east end of Taxiway A.  The project requires bonding and insurance to the contract amounts.  Prevailing wage rates apply.  The project includes a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 2.6%.  The owner is sales tax exempt.
