NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Advertisement Date: April 13, 2020
Chautauqua County Purchasing Department will receive sealed bids for Bituminous Materials. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Chautauqua County Purchasing Department located at 3 North Erie Street, Mayville, NY 14757,PRIOR TO 2:00 PM, April 23, 2020 at which time said bids will be publicly opened during a zoom meeting. A meeting invitation will be sent to all bidders who complete the Bid Response Form stating that they will be submitting a bid. If you are dropping your bid off in person please make sure you leave it with security station at the entrance. If you are using fed-x or UPS there will be someone there to accept your package.
Specifications, Instructions to Bidders, Non-Collusive Bidding Certification and Affidavits are available at the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Department of Finance, Gerace Office Building, 3 North Erie Street, Mayville, New York 14757. This Notice will be posted on www.empirestatebidsystem.com. Bid documents may be request by emailing andersob@co.chautauqua.ny.us.

NOTE: Chautauqua County shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by a vendor that were not directly issued to that vendor by the Chautauqua County Purchasing Department.
Any vendor submitting a bid based on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party, shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents on file with the Chautauqua County Purchasing Department.
EACH BID ENVELOPE MUST BE PLAINLY MARKED WITH THE PROPOSAL NUMBER AND THE ITEM BID THEREIN.
Chautauqua County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any inconsistencies in, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County.
