NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Chautauqua County Department of Public Facilities shall accept sealed bids for the
following:
RFP No. PW-1-22-JART
FOR CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY-JAMESTOWN AIRPORT
REHABILITATE AIRPORT PERIMETER FENCE – PHASE 1
CDs containing Drawings, Specifications, Instructions to Bidders, Notice to Bidders, Non-
Collusive Bidding Certification and Affidavits are available at the Department of Finance, Office
of the Purchasing Manager, 3 N. Erie Street, Mayville, NY 14757.
Plans and Specifications must be obtained at the above location, where the bidders
name and contact information will be recorded on the plan holders list at the Office of the
Purchasing Manager. Submitted proposals that are printed from the various plan holders'
websites will be considered non-responsive.
There will be a pre-bid meeting in the Terminal Building located at Chautauqua County Airport,
3163 Airport Drive, Jamestown, New York 14701 at 11:00 a.m. local time on March 15, 2022. It
is recommended that all potential bidders attend.
Chautauqua County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any
inconsistencies in, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County.
EACH BID ENVELOPE MUST BE PLAINLY MARKED WITH THE PROPOSAL NUMBER AND
THE ITEM BID THEREIN.
The last day to submit questions regarding this bid is March 22, 2022 at noon.
Bids will be accepted at the Chautauqua County Department of Finance, Office of the
Purchasing Manager, 3 N. Erie Street, Mayville, NY 14757, no later than 2:00 p.m local time on
March 30, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
