NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Chautauqua County Department of Public Facilities shall accept sealed bids for the following: BID No. PF-1-17 PFJA FOR CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY-JAMESTOWN AIRPORT REHABILITATE TAXIWAY “F” AND APRON CDs containing Drawings, Specifications, Instructions to Bidders, Notice to Bidders, Non-Collusive Bidding Certification and Affidavits are available at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 454 North Work Street, Falconer, NY 14733, with a deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Checks shall be made payable to “Chautauqua County Department of Finance.” Deposit for each CD containing the above referenced bid documents is refundable upon return of such CD in good condition within thirty (30) days following the Notice of Award. No refunds after thirty days. Plans and Specifications must be purchased at the above location, where the bidders name and contact information will be recorded on the plan holders list at the Office of the Purchasing Agent. Submitted proposals that are printed from the various plan holders' websites without the Fifty Dollar Deposit will be considered non-responsive. There will be a pre-bid meeting in the Terminal Building located at Chautauqua County Airport, 3163 Airport Drive, Jamestown, New York 14701 at 11:00 a.m. local time on May 17, 2017. It is recommended that all potential bidders attend. Chautauqua County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any inconsistencies in, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County. EACH BID ENVELOPE MUST BE PLAINLY MARKED WITH THE PROPOSAL NUMBER AND THE ITEM BID THEREIN. Bids will be accepted at the Chautauqua County Department of Public Facilities, 454 N.
