NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Chautauqua County Department of Public Facilities shall accept sealed bids for the following:
RFP No. PW-1-21 JART
FOR CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY-JAMESTOWN AIRPORT
RUNWAY 7-25 REHABILITATION
CDs containing Drawings, Specifications, Instructions to Bidders, Notice to Bidders, Non-Collusive Bidding Certification and Affidavits are available at the Department of Finance, Office of the Purchasing Agent, 3 N. Erie Street, Mayville, NY 14757.
Plans and Specifications must be obtained at the above location, where the bidders name and contact information will be recorded on the plan holders list at the Office of the Purchasing Agent. Submitted proposals that are printed from the various plan holders' websites will be considered non-responsive.
There will be a pre-bid meeting in the Terminal Building located at Chautauqua County Airport, 3163 Airport Drive, Jamestown, New York 14701 at 11:00 a.m. local time on April 8, 2021. It is recommended that all potential bidders attend.
Chautauqua County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any inconsistencies in, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County.
EACH BID ENVELOPE MUST BE PLAINLY MARKED WITH THE PROPOSAL NUMBER AND THE ITEM BID THEREIN.
The last day to submit questions regarding this bid is April 15, 2021 at noon.
Bids will be accepted at the Department of Finance, Office of the Purchasing Agent, 3 N. Erie Street, Mayville, New York 14757, no later than 2:00 p.m local time on April 27, 2021, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
