Description

RFP-SPECIFIC INFORMATION:

Scope of Services:

Chautauqua County is requesting the services of a Mobile Imaging provider for the inmates at the County jail in an effort to reduce costs of transporting and avoid any potential safety issues that may arise in the transportation of the inmates.

Response and Report Time:

The onsite diagnostic imaging services is expected to be a 24/7 service, with this being said if an emergency service shall be requested the awarded vendor will be expected to respond as soon as possible the same day services are requested. Routine visits (minimum once weekly) to complete new orders may be requested.

Written Reports:Findings and final reports shall provide all incidental and actual findings complete with current study comparisons and should be included in the onsite fee. Findings and final reports are to be analyzed and prepared by licensed technologists.
Qualifications:Technologists must be registered or registry eligible through the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, American Registry of Cardiac Diagnostic Sonographers and the American Registry of Vascular Technologists. The New York State Department of Health and the Association of Registered Radiographic Technologists license our x-ray technologists.
Equipment:The awarded vendor is expected to have state-of-the-art imaging equipment. Ultrasound studies shall be performed using high resolution equipment.
