Chautauqua County Department of Finance will receive sealed bids for Bid No. S-1-20 PLAN Purchase and Install of Kayak Launches—MWBE Opportunity. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Chautauqua County Purchasing Department located at 3 North Erie Street, Mayville, NY 14757, PRIOR TO 2:00 PM, July 7, 2020 at which time said bids will be publicly opened during a zoom meeting. A meeting invitation will be sent to all bidders who complete the Bid Response Form stating that they will be submitting a bid. If you are dropping your bid off in person please make sure you leave it with guards at the entrance. If you are using fed-x or UPS there will be someone there to accept your package.

Any vendor submitting a bid based on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party, shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents on file with the Chautauqua County Purchasing Division.
EACH BID ENVELOPE MUST BE PLAINLY MARKED WITH THE BID NUMBER AND THE ITEM BID THEREIN.
Chautauqua County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any inconsistencies in, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the County.
