Description

Tablets for Seniors is a pilot project in which 25-50 case managed clients will be provided with preloaded computer tablets to use to connect via zoom with their family, friends, physician, and OFAS case manager. In addition, it will have games and access to on-line learning and activities specifically geared for older adults (including those with dementia and their caregivers) with the goal of decreasing social isolation and improving overall health.
