NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Chautauqua County Purchasing Department shall accept sealed for the following:
INVITATION TO BID NO. PW-1-21 to PW-3-21 NCCWD
Water District Water Main Improvements
Chautauqua County Department of Finance will receive sealed bids for Standby Generator Service and Repairs, Invitation to
Bid No. S-2-20 CW. Such sealed bids must be filed with the Chautauqua County Purchasing Department located at 3 North
Erie Street, Mayville, NY 14757, PRIOR TO 2:00 PM, March 29, 2021 at which time said bids will be publicly opened
during a zoom meeting. A meeting invitation will be sent to all bidders who complete the Bid Response Form stating that
they will be submitting a bid. If you are dropping your bid off in person please make sure you leave it with the security
guards at the entrance. If you are using fed-x or UPS there will be someone there to accept your sealed bid.
Specifications, Instructions to Bidders, Non-Collusive Bidding Certification and Affidavits are available by email request at
andersob@co.chautauqua.ny.us. Documents may also be downloaded from www.empirestatebidsystem.com.
Chautauqua County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any inconsistencies in, or to accept the bid
deemed most advantageous to the County.
EACH BID ENVELOPE MUST BE PLAINLY MARKED WITH THE PROPOSAL NUMBER AND THE ITEM BID
THEREIN.
NOTE: Chautauqua County shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by
a vendor that were not directly issued to that vendor by the Chautauqua County Purchasing Department or accessed through
Bidnet.
