Summary of Specifications:
The County of Chemung and the City of Elmira require a continuous supply of office supplies on a demand basis for use by all departments. It is the County’s intent to purchase the majority of its office supply requirements from the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive "total gross sum bid" for all items on the attached “2017-2018 Office Supply Contract Stock Product List”.
