The County on behalf of the Elmira-Corning RegionalAirport is soliciting proposals from consulting firms for the professional services to provide support of the Airport's ongoing air service development program. The Elmira-corning Regional Airport is currently served by four (4) airlines to four (4) hubs and two (2) additional direct destinations. Enplanement growth the last five (5) years has been dramatic. Chemung County seeks to partner with a solid track record of building and maintaining air service to assist in our retention and recruiting efforts over the next five (5) years.
