CONTRACT GC: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT HVC: HEATING & VENTILATION CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT EC: ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION The sanitary sewer pump station upgrade project for the Durland Avenue Pump Station includes the following work items: temporary bypass pumping, structure and piping modifications, new sanitary sewage duplex pumps (self priming vertical suction lift), new influent sewage grinder, new heating/ventilation systems, new gas detection/alarm system, new electric service, new standby emergency electric generator, new lighting and electric wiring.
