Summary of Specifications:
The purpose is to contract with a vendor for the lease of equipment for a reliable remote monitoring system for use by the Chemung County Probation Dept and the Department of Social Services. The electronic monitoring system must be fully integrated to monitor the client's home confinement restrictions.Clients may be required to remain at home or comply with a schedule during hte specified time periods. The system shall automatically check curfew schedules, equipment status, and other functions deemed appropriate by the contracting agency.
