Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the City of Elmira to award a contract to the qualified proposer submitting the lowest total gross sum bid to supply and install 20 foot high outfield fencing with a 10 foot privacy screen at Dunn Field. Fencing project will include a 15 foot double-drive gate to also be supplied and installed. Any proposed fencing product must meet or exceed all minimum specifications. Outfield area currently has a damaged fencing which will be removed by the City before new fence installation begins. The contractor will be responsible for removing remaining posts from damaged fence.
