RFB-0110 - HVAC Maintenance and HVAC /Plumbing Repairs

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the City of Elmira to secure a full coverage HVAC maintenance contract, including a water treatment program for the equipment and facilities listed in Section C. The locations for the maintenance contract are: (1) Elmira City Hall, 317 E. Church St.; (2) Public Safety Training, 311 W. Center St.; (3) Elmira Fire Headquarters, 101 W. Second St.; (4) Elmira Fire Station # 3, W. Miller St.; (5) Elmira Fire Station #5, 338 Roe Ave.; (6) Elmira Police Facility, 312 Lake St.; and (7) Department of Public Works Building, 840 Linden Place; (8) Mark Twain Golf Course, Corning Road; (9) Animal Shelter, Linden Place (next to DPW Facility). The City reserves the right to remove one or more of the fore stated locations at any time and from time to time.
