Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the County to award the contracts to the responsible, responsive bidder(s) submitting the lowest bid prices per ton for Bid Items 1 through 6, Bid Price A. Each bid item (1 – 6) is a separable bid. The County reserves the right to award multiple contracts in order to accommodate the various work site and municipal garage locations. The County shall award contracts only to bidders which meet the material quality specifications. The County reserves the right to inspect any bidder's plant in order to determine if the bidder's manufacturing process and material quality meet the minimum standards and shall, it its sole discretion, determine same.
