RFB-1741 - Nursing Facility Motor Controller Replacement Project

Summary of Specifications:
Work includes the replacement of existing stand-alone motor controllers located throughout the Nursing Facility and the addition of a motor control center (MCC) in the building electric room. Existing equipment circuits that are currently controlled from (2) existing MCCs in the electric room will be relocated to the new MCC. The contractor will coordinate closely with the Nursing Facility Maintenance personnel and with the Chemung County Buildings and Grounds Department.
