Description

The work in this section shall consist of the design, manufacture and delivery of precast
concrete drainage units as shown on the Contract Documents and as ordered by the
OWNER.
Precast concrete drainage units shall be designed for an HS-25 highway loading. Rectangular
drainage units shall have precast bottoms and up to four (4) knockouts. Round drainage units
shall have precast tops and bottoms and up to four (4) knockouts. Knockouts shall fit the pipe
sizes and elevations as specified on the purchase order or as otherwise ordered by theEngineer.
Precast concrete drainage units shall be designed for an HS-25 highway loading and a
fill height of two (2) feet to twenty (20)feet.
